🌿 100% Refund – Terms & Conditions (Excluding Delivery Charges)

At Ankurit, we take utmost care while packing plants. In rare cases of severe transit damage, we offer a 100% refund of the product value only, excluding delivery/shipping charges, subject to the terms below.


✅ Eligibility for 100% Refund

A 100% refund of the product amount (excluding delivery charges) is applicable only if:

  • The plant arrives dead on arrival, OR
  • The plant is severely damaged beyond recovery (broken main stem / completely crushed)

Minor transit stress such as:

  • Some yellowing or drooping of leaves due to transit stress
  • Slight bending
  • Minor soil spillage

does NOT qualify for a 100% refund.


⏱️ Claim Timeline (STRICT)

  • Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims raised after this period will not be accepted

📹 Mandatory Proof Required

Customer must share all of the following on WhatsApp:

  1. One continuous, uncut unboxing video, clearly showing:
    • Sealed package
    • Shipping label
    • Opening of the box
    • Condition of the plant
  2. Clear photos of:
    • Plant
    • Outer box
    • Inner packaging

❌ Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted.


📦 Condition of Product

  • Product must be unused and untampered
  • Re-boxed, re-potted, or altered plants are not eligible
  • Damage caused after delivery is not covered

💰 Refund Process

  • Refund will be issued for the product value only
  • Delivery / shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after claim approval

⚠️ Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Claims raised after the allowed time
  • Missing or insufficient proof
  • Damage due to customer handling
  • Natural plant stress after transit
  • False or misleading claims

🌱 Important Note

Plants are living beings and may show minor stress during transit. Each claim is carefully reviewed to ensure fairness to customers and growers.
